BEX3: THE NEW FACE OF CASTING

Forget the idea of a modelling agency being a room full of perfect faces waiting for somebody to call.
BEX3 feels much more like a cultural casting house. Based in London, the agency has built its identity around finding people who possess something beyond conventional modelling credentials personality, movement, attitude, individuality and that slightly impossible-to-define quality that makes you look twice. And that feels very now.

BEX3 works across modelling, dance, movement and content creation, but the real appeal is the way those worlds are allowed to overlap. A model might also be a dancer. A dancer might become a campaign star. A content creator might have exactly the energy a fashion brand needs. Rather than asking people to fit neatly into one category, BEX3 seems interested in what happens when their different talents are allowed to collide.

That makes the agency's board feel less like a catalogue and more like a cast of characters. There is a genuine sense of individuality running through the talent. Some faces are polished and fashion-forward, others feel completely unexpected, but they share an ability to bring something of themselves into an image. That is increasingly valuable in a fashion industry where audiences can spot something overly manufactured from about three scrolls away. BEX3 understands personality. It also understands the importance of chemistry.

The agency deliberately represents friendship groups as well as individuals, recognising that sometimes the most convincing campaign isn't a collection of separately cast models but a group of people who genuinely look as though they know each other. That idea of real relationships creating better images feels particularly relevant to contemporary fashion and social media. And then there is the casting itself.

BEX3 doesn't limit its search to traditional agency boards. Its casting work reaches into street casting and wider communities, looking for people who might never have walked into a conventional modelling agency but possess exactly the quality a creative project needs. The agency has worked with an impressive range of brands, including Nike, Moncler, Palm Angels, Converse, adidas, Puma, Boiler Room, Depop and Urban Outfitters.
That breadth says a lot. BEX3 isn't simply supplying models. It's supplying energy.

The agency also operates across creative production, content, events, brand partnerships and cultural consultancy, meaning its role can continue long after the casting has been made. It can help shape the campaign, produce the content and connect brands with the communities they actually want to reach.
Perhaps that's why BEX3 feels particularly exciting. The traditional idea of the model is changing. We increasingly want people with stories, opinions, skills, friendships and personalities - people who can move between a campaign, a TikTok, a runway, a dancefloor and a creative project without losing what makes them interesting. BEX3 seems to have understood that shift early.

It's not really about finding the next generic face. It's about finding the face you haven't seen before. And in a fashion industry constantly searching for what's next, that might be the most valuable thing an agency can offer.
